Frequently Asked Questions

Q. AI score analysis isn't working properly

Please make sure the scorecard photo is bright and not blurry. Heavy glare or shadows can lower the recognition rate. If the problem persists, please email us with a screenshot.

Q. My Premium subscription isn't being applied

Please fully close and restart the app. If the problem continues, email us with your purchase receipt.

Q. My photo backup isn't uploading

Photo backup is a Premium feature. If you have an active Premium subscription, please check your internet connection and try again.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Go to [Settings] → [Apple ID] → [Subscriptions] to cancel.
Android: Go to Google Play → [My Subscriptions] to cancel.

Q. I switched devices and my records weren't restored

Please check that you are signed in with the same account. Text data is restored automatically for free users as well. Photo restore is a Premium feature.

Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your PerfectGolfMate account and the data stored with it. The app is developed by IHYUNSOFT.

Option 1 · Delete it yourself in the app

Open the app, tap Delete account & data at the bottom of the Settings screen, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 · Ask us through KakaoTalk

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send us a request through the KakaoTalk chat below. Include the email address of the account, and we will complete the deletion within 7 days of confirming it.

What is deleted

Account details, including the email address and nickname used to sign in
All round records, schedules and diary entries
Photos you uploaded, including your profile photo
Game data such as points, inventory and rank
Your group community profile

What remains

Posts and comments you wrote in the group community remain, because other members share those threads. Please delete them yourself before you delete your account.
Records we are required by law to retain are kept for the required period: 5 years for contract and payment records, 3 years for dispute records.

If you want to keep your account and delete only some data

You can delete individual records and photos inside the app. Your account stays as it is.
