Article 1 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information)
IHYUNSOFT (the "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes in order to provide IHYUNSOFT services. Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, we will obtain separate consent.
- Providing the Service and operating its features
- Identifying users and verifying identity (social login)
- Providing data synchronization and backup services
- Analyzing service usage statistics and improving quality
- Responding to customer inquiries and handling disputes
- Delivering notices such as push notifications
Article 2 (Personal Information We Process)
The Company processes the following personal information to provide the Service:
① Information collected as required
- Social login information: unique identifier (UID) of your Google/Apple/Kakao account, email address, nickname
- Device information: unique device identifier (Device ID), OS version, app version
- Service usage records: income/expense data entered in the app, access date and time
② Information collected optionally (when using specific features)
- Camera access: photos taken when using the AI image analysis feature (deleted immediately after being sent to the server)
- Photo library access: when using the photo backup feature
- Calendar access: when using Google Calendar sync (event title, date/time, location)
- Notification permission: when receiving push notifications
- Contacts access: when using the friend invitation feature (never transmitted outside the device)
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
① Users' personal information is retained and used during the period of Service use, and is destroyed without delay upon account withdrawal.
② However, if retention is required by applicable laws, the information is retained for the period prescribed by those laws:
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea)
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where required by law, or where requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes
In particular, data obtained through Google APIs will never be sold to third parties or provided for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
The Company outsources personal information processing tasks as follows to provide the Service:

Article 6 (Google User Data Policy · Limited Use)
IHYUNSOFT apps strictly comply with the following principles when using information received from Google APIs.
- Limited Use compliance: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data minimization: We process only the minimum calendar data necessary to provide the Service (event title, time) and do not use it for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Security: Google Calendar data is processed only for real-time synchronization between the user's device and Google servers; it is never permanently stored on the Company's own servers or shared externally.
Article 7 (User Rights and How to Exercise Them)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request access to their personal information
- Request correction of errors
- Request deletion (except where retention is required by law)
- Request suspension of processing
These rights can be exercised through the in-app account deletion feature or by email (alslskdwk@hanmail.net), and the Company will take action without delay. Google Calendar access can be revoked at any time in the app settings or in your Google account settings.
Article 8 (Destruction of Personal Information)
① The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been achieved.
② Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.
③ For Google-linked data, all access rights are destroyed immediately when the user disconnects the integration in the app or revokes Google account permissions.
Article 9 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
- TLS/SSL encryption applied to data transmission
- Data access control through Firebase Security Rules and Google Cloud IAM
- Social login-based authentication for account access
- Adherence to the principle of minimizing access rights to personal information

Article 11 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy applies from January 20, 2026. If there are any changes, we will provide advance notice through in-app announcements or the website.
